Technical Readiness Assessment and Implementation Plan

This is the first and most critical step to effectively deploying a Ninth House online program.  Our Technical Specialists will partner with your IT group to analyze five key technology areas, and we will develop and implement an associated deployment plan that is aligned with your needs and technical environment, including:

• Seamless alignment with your existing technical support processes and infrastructure.
• Precise adherence to your internal security policies, complete with documentation for your security team.
• Analysis of your desktop management policies, mobile devices and internet access to ensure flawless integration.
• Specific understanding of your network infrastructure, bandwidth, and media delivery capabilities to leverage the most appropriate media delivery service:
  • Ninth House Online delivering media from the Internet
  • Ninth House Offline allowing media to be downloaded to a local PC
  • Ninth House NetCDs obtaining media from a CD-ROM or flash drive.
• Smooth integration of your solution with your existing Learning Management System (LMS) and Corporate Portal, including basic AICC or ADL SCORM interoperability if your LMS supports current learning standards.
